All ideas, connected.
AI is a connector, an amplifier, an accelerator. It lets people iterate on ideas at speed, spark new ones, and connect them into something whole.
We believe the gains of AI should be distributed broadly, empowering people to solve hard problems and unlock novel discoveries that compound into human progress. Providing access to the tools that expand what people can know and do is at the core of what we do. Those who learn to work with AI in the coming years will build things that were previously out of reach. ai& exists to build that access.
Scaling applied intelligence.
Intelligence can only solve problems when it is applied, and it only becomes applied when it runs. Therefore, distributing AI means making intelligence run for as many people, on as many problems, as possible.
ai&’s goal is distribution that leads to great advancement, and an increase in ideation and innovation. We do that by building and scaling inference, the runtime layer that turns intelligence into applied intelligence.
Scaling applied intelligence means scaling two things: the capability itself, and inference that runs it. We scale the inference through deep vertical integration, operating every layer of the stack and optimizing it, because capability served as cheap as possible is capability that everyone can use.
AI is moving toward continual learning, and eventually recursive self improvement. Models will keep getting better not just through training runs but through use, with every iteration folded back in.
Our stack is therefore built for owned weights. A model that keeps learning from your work belongs with you, in an environment you choose, on terms you set. We run AI workloads where our customers control them, whether the customer is a company or a country. The closer a model is served to your data, the more it learns from the work itself, and what it learns stays yours, compounding toward the next problem, and the next.
How we do it:
Fast, efficient inference
Inference that scales
Inference that is safe and resilient
Post-training for our customers
Data curation with our customers
Benchmarking with our customers
Inference our customers can own: their weights, their environment
All of it converges in dedicated inference environments, run from our own data centers up. The more efficiently you can run it, the more problems you can actually solve.
Leadership.

TermGrade: 1k graded terminal environments, 36k trajectories, and the RL run they trained
Graded six times over; all 36,144 attempts released, the 14,234 failures included. Every task carries a measured pass rate per model, not a difficulty label somebody chose, and that measurement picked the RL training data: +3.1 on Terminal-Bench 2.1, and +2.1 across five runs of the same recipe.
